The Crutchfield site shows people getting defective units and reporting happily that second one worked and then they give 5 stars - the ford / chevy crowd mostly (know your audience). The NAV is OK, takes a while to learn it, coming from a garmin. (I was a Nakamichi seller/installer back in the day.) It sounds good for a cheap car stereo. ![]() I am unsure why others sell for 2-3x the price. The machine is OK, nothing to really complain about. Came with all necessary mounting materials and harness and they really do have smart people to answer phone questions. I paid $350 shipped from Crutchfield for my Jensen VX7020.
